Having seen “Heist” a while back, there are a lot of similarities between the two movies in tone. Save the Last Dance is a movie about an inter-racial romance, a very rare thing for hollywood to portray. A good teenage movie; I think I’m too old to watch movies about dating.
Saw Accidental Hero on DVD after many years of planning to rent it. Unfortunately, although it’s a good movie (Dustan Hoffman in particular is excellent in places), I’d built it up in my mind too much.
