When you buy the socks, the blue one will be at the front: you need to re-arrange them so that the pink sock is at the front of the box.
Then (much more tricky) you need to cut a heart-shaped hole in a piece of paper (an A4 piece of paper is just big enough to wrap the box) so that all you can see is a pink heart.
Oh, you might want to make sure that your wife actually wants ipod socks. Mine did.
