Proverbs roast

Leave the beans roasting for the time that it takes to read 4-5 chapters of Proverbs… Somewhere between first and second crack.

One exam down, one to go: I can’t say more, as there are still a few people who have to sit the same exam next week, and it would be a shame to ruin the surprise for them.

I should point out that it was a bit distracting trying to power through reading Proverbs in preparation for the exam, and then seeing a number of proverbs where I thought "wow, that really applies to my life… shame I have to study – I’ll have to come back to that." Somehow, I didn’t have that problem last semester. Odd.

  1. I’ve been meaning to ask you about that: the last couple of times I’ve tried popcorn-roasting I’ve ended up with a big spectrum of colour: does that mean I need to roast a smaller scoop of beans, or roast for longer, or..?
