An atheist author, who clearly has an axe to grind against Josh McDowell, presents arguments against what he terms the Trilemma; the three-way argument that Jesus (based on the claims that he made about himself) is either a Liar, a Lunatic, or Lord.
If you’re familiar with the argument, you might find the article useful in describing the large amount of common ground that has to be agreed upon before this argument becomes a helpful one. While I don’t hold to the author’s denial that there is a God, he makes some points that are worth thinking about when explaining Christianity to people who are unfamiliar with it.
