Movie: Million Dollar Baby
Deserved all the awards it received. An emotional ride; even if you’ve had the ending spoiled for you (as I had), it’s impossible not to be carried along with the relationships and the emotions that the characters go through.
Do I agree with the moral decisions made in the film? No, but a case is thoroughly well presented: the determination of the characters, the unhelpful things that are said all ring true to real life – more so than, say, Hitch.
Well worth watching.
