Illy coffee. Overlooking the beach, floor to ceiling windows give a spectacular view of the beach and the road. Radio plays loudly in the background, but can’t kill the mood created by the sleek, modern interior. There’s also some outdoor seating to be had – 60 people or so in all.
Coffee, despite a rather surly attitude from the barrista, was good – I arrived early enough to watch them spicing the last handle (running a shot through the machine and discarding it, to get rid of the taste of the cleaner), and while there wasn’t enough crema in those first shots, the coffee itself was a welcome first coffee for the newlyweds.
