First you get the running, then you get the coffee

Getting up at 5am to learn how to run with less risk fo injury is at its sweetest when enjoying a coffee afterwards.

Major realisation this morning as to where I’m going wrong (with running at least) – using the inside of my feet instead of the outside, then rolling in. Still tricky to run against habit, but it’s exciting nonetheless.

Update: turns out, I drank one and a half of these coffees, but I didn’t plan on it when I bought them.
