I vaguely remember that book. Unfortunately Marsden’s books tend to blend together, except for So Much to Tell You (my favourite of all he’s done) and the Tomorrow, When the War Began series. Sometimes he’\’s bordered too much on cliché, writing about the same sort of thing again and again. I kind of wish he’\’d branch out a little.
I read So Much to Tell You when I was at high school – it was given to us as an english text, and then they decided that we weren’t going to study it. I can understand that they’d blend together. I don’t normally make time to read fiction, but I’m off sick at the moment, so my priorities have shifted a little.
