Mio Espresso coffee. At the Town Hall Station edge of Victoria Galleries, this bright orange café has been around for at least five years since I was last a regular there, but the owner remembers me – I bought a lot of coffees back then!
The café has a tiny footprint, but manages to sell a big range of sweets, and a spectrum of different toasts.
Coffee is good; the first sip isn’t great, but it quickly settles in to a mainstream coffee – none of the subtleties of a custom blend, but not bitter or metallic. Has a lingering aftertaste that is quite pleasant, too!
