Decafalon: (n.): The grueling event of getting through the day consuming only things that are good for you.
I have to admit that I rarely manage to stay on the “consuming only things that are good for you” wagon, but this is my fifth week of decaf, and – apart from not managing to stay up as late – there have been upsides. I’m sleeping better and I feel a little healthier (though less alert).
This particular decafalon sees me mid-way through a combination of studying for next week’s Greek exam, preparing a sermon for this weekend, my day-job, and the usual other responsibilities that I have.
