Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is a very cool film. Yes, there are a lot of big martial arts scenes, but there is also a great atmosphere to the story, two parallel romantic plots, and overtones of chinese culture. Well worth a look.

Saw the [PG]-rated Coyote Ugly last night; contrary to the previews, it wasn’t entirely about the girls dancing around on top of a bar, but was rather a story about family, and pursuing your dreams, and the issues involved with girls dancing around on top of a bar.
