Saw Cast Away last night

Saw Cast Away last night – really enjoyed it. It feels more like a journey than a movie; the experience is very solid throughout, from the moments where you feel like a FedEx package, to the complex ending.

Hanks really does co-star with a volleyball, seems far more resourceful than I can ever imagine being in his situation – his character is continually surprising with the ides he comes up with.

Not a fast-paced movie, not a lot of dialogue for most of the film, but a great journey, and a way to find out, as you journey with Hanks, what is important to you.
