After a few weeks of concentrated effort, my bible study group has finished of a very successful jazz night as part of church‘s mission week. Today seems like three days in one, we’ve had a lot of activity. The high point for me was the gospel presentation which explained the dissonance in jazz, the dissonance in life, and where Jesus fits in.
Last night, we visited a friend for dinner: we had a few problems getting into the unit, but it’s amazing how easy it is to get through a fire door if you have motivated people on both sides of the door.
