Cozzi café, coogee

Another unfamiliar suburb; I think i’ve only been here once since my coogee friends moved to queensland. It seems that every beachside suburb has its own character.

There’s some kind of problem with the espresso machine when I visit; this distracts the staff who crowd around, trying to reprogram the machine. Folky guitar music tries to drown out the conversation from the crowded outdoor part of the café, but is only partly successful. The mood is one of tranquility fighting against busyness.

The coffee is good; for some reason I think it tastes organic, but this could be subliminal from the various posters. No; I was right… Caffe di stefano organic.
