Allpress Espresso. 37/51 Elizabeth St, Sydney. I spotted this out-of-the-way place only because I saw some people with Allpress cups floating around on the street nearby.
The café itself is foodcourt- style, but with seating indoor and out. There are separate prices for eat in or takeaway, but all is ordered from the counter.
Coffee is ready quite quickly, and it’s very hot – a little hard to pick up at first! It’s pleasant enough, though overpowered by the milk: serves me right for ordering decaf, I suppose.
For writing, this place seems just a little poorly lit. It’s fine to eat and drink, but the atmosphere isn’t quite right.
