Pablo & Rusty’s premium espresso. Some would say that opening a café in the grave of an older café – especially in a location where you could literally touch a gloria jeans with a ten foot pole – was destined to fail. Not so the people here, who work away busily running a café and a catering business from the one address.
Coffee is pablo & rusty’s premium espresso, served a little on the warm side of my ideal temperature, which means it’s likely the perfect temperature for everyone else.
The café is well lit, not too bright, with plenty of fresh air seating: spring st is a quiter street in the scheme of north sydney traffic, so it’s somehow not just a carbon monoxide feast.
*everyone* loves their coffee a little hotter than you. well at least michelle and I.
Me too 🙂 However if they want hot coffee mate, they could make it themselves!!
