The Christmas present that worked the best was last weekend. Keen to relive the curry night, and share the knowledge, I spent Saturday evening teaching my little brother how to make curry.
He hadn’t done much cooking before, and so it was a bit of an experience putting him through the paces. He was an excellent student, though, so I kept increasing the pressure, getting him to try multiple tasks to a deadline and such.
In the end, it turned out well, as you can see, and tasted even better than it looks.
