We couldn’t help but try it – a small serve is $4, and for another $2 you can have an additional flavour. The gelato is rich and full-flavoured and the range of choices is very broad.
Friendly to families, and even prams, this place is something of a local hub for conversation, and for sweets.
They also have a bathroom at the back of the store that has been well fitted, and kept clean (though the communal hand-towel approach to hand-drying might be cause for concern).
Decaf is very good: ground to order, with textbook milkwork and striking red cups and saucers.
If you are a fan of well-made gelato, you owe it to yourself to try this place out.
